1. Donation Nature

All donations made through AIC Amal are voluntary and non-refundable, except in special circumstances (see below).

2. Refund Conditions

Refunds may be considered only if:

• The donation was made in error
• The amount was charged more than once
• The donor provides proof of transaction and a valid reason within 3 days

4. Refund Method

• Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–14 working days.

5. No Returns

As this is a donation platform, we do not offer return or exchange of any digital services.
